从社会转型期探析服务型政府

我国曾经长期实行的是计划经济体制。在这种体制下，经济运行服从政治目标，行政原则支配经济原则。政府的一切活动都从属于政治目的，政府的所有职能都具有政治色彩。改革开放以后，计划经济逐步向市场经济转变，社会经济体制发生了重要的变化，在社会转型时期，迫切需要优化我国政府职能配置，建设服务型政府。

Study on Service-oriented Government of Social Transition Period

China has long practiced a planned economy, in which the economics is subject to political objectives and administrative principles. All government＇s activities are subordinate to the political purposes, and the government functions have political overtones. After reforming and opening the planned economy gradually shifts to market economy, and socio-economic system has undergone important changes. During social transition, it is urgent to optimize the allocation of government functions and to build a service-oriented government.
