| 摘 要： | 分析了自建国以来连云港市国有资产管理模式的演变过程,查找了连云港市国有资产管理中存在的问题,在此基础上提出结合市情进行资产整合及产业结构调整、建立健全规范的公司法人治理结构、选择适合自身的正确的监管模式等方面完善连云港市国有资产管理的政策建议。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the evolution process of state-owned assets management in Lianyungang since the nation was established. It probes into the existing problems and puts forward some insightful suggestions to improve the state-owned assets administration, such as asset consolidation, industrial structure adjustment, standardized corporation system, and suitable supervision model, etc. |
