摘    要:思想政治工作的实施是教育者、受教育者和教育环境三方面相互作用的结果。随着我国高等教育从精英教育到大众化教育的转变,学分制的实施和信息网络化的实现以及高校后勤社会化改革,使得学生社区教育作用增强。认真研究并积极构建以社区文化建设为载体的长效育人机制,大力提升社区育人功能具有重要意义。本文试图从不良社区文化的现状及成因分析、优良社区文化的育人地位及实现途径的长效机制等方面,探讨如何进一步加强新形势下的学生思想政治教育工作。

Abstract:The implementation of ideological work is the result of interaction of the educators, the educatees and the education surroundings. With the shift of higher education of China from elite education to mass education, and as the result of the implementation of the credit system, information transmission via internet and the commercialization of the support services, the educational function of student communities has been greatly reinforced. Based on an analysis of the present manifestation of harmful community culture and its origin and the educational function of good community culture, this paper discusses the lasting effect mechanism of student community culture and the ways to strengthening its educational function.
