| Abstract: | In light of the fact that loaning from international monetary organizations has been a significant form of China's foreign investment attraction, an effective participation of the government financial institutions in the complete process of loaning is a key to the reasonable utilization of the investment and therefore to the healthy development of the national economy. The present paper proposes measures that ought to be taken in such participation. |
