| 摘 要： | 基层农村的党建工作历来是一个大而复杂的问题,其建设得好坏关系着农村经济的发展状况,而整个农村经济的稳定和发展关系到整个国家的繁荣和稳定.基于对当前农村基层党组织建设中的积极因素和存在问题的分析,提出从抓教育、抓班子、抓机制、抓作风、抓内涵等方面切入,进行农村党员先进性教育,从而切实加强农村基层党组织建设.
