| 摘 要： | 介绍了城市新公民研究现状、城市新公民保障机制的相关概念以及相关理论研究。详细介绍了当前我国城市新公民的社会地位、社会交往现状、社会公共服务体系以及生活现状,并借鉴国外城市新公民在各项制度保障上的成果,提出了解决当前我国城市新公民存在的各种问题的制度保障,这些制度包括户籍保障、经济保障、权益保障、体系保障、文化保障等。对我国城市新公民的发展做了进一步的展望。
