沂南县农民专业合作社发展状况的调查分析

对沂南县农民专业合作社进行了调查分析。调查分析表明,沂南县农民专业合作社发展迅速,数量不断增加,类型模式不断创新,在经济、社会、生态等领域产生了重要影响,但也存在分布不均、规模小、管理运营不规范、盈利空间小等问题,这与思想认识不到位、农民综合素质不高、政府支持不够、外部环境不优化等因素密切相关。为此,应通过适调布局、规范制度、优化经营、搞好分配等一些基本措施,加大支持力度、搞好培训教育等配套措施,引导沂南县农民专业合作社健康稳定发展。

Investigation on the Development of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in Yi'nan County

This paper made an analysis on farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Yi＇nan county.It shows that the farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Yi＇nan county are developing rapidly.The number of it is increasing,the type of it is innovating,it has important influence on areas such as economy,society and ecology.But there are many problems such as uneven distribution,small scale,poor management and little profit,which has much to do with the incorrect ideas,the low ideological quality,the little support and the bad environment.Therefore,we should guide the farmers＇ professional cooperatives develop healthily and steadily through basic measures such as layout modulation,system specification,operation optimization and some supporting measures.
