| 摘 要： | 高校教育资本的配置符合基数效用论规律。我国高校教育资本有限,配置呈非线性,在各办学条件的优化配置中,只能是达到效用相对最大化,无法实现各办学条件下的总效用最大且达到99年教育部颁布的《普通高等学校办学条件标准(修订方案)》A级标准。
