| 摘 要： | 文章提出了学生干部的选拔标准和培养目标,即学生干部应该具备的道德素质和能力素质.在此基础上,提出了通过调查研究、对学生干部实际工作的考察和组织竞选等选拔学生干部的方法,以及如何对学生干部进行思想道德、工作方法等的教育.同时,文章还提出了对学生干部进行评价的具体内容和方法.

| Abstract: | The choosing standard and foster goal of student cadres that includes stuffs of morality and ability, were put forward in this article. Then the methods of choosing scholastic cadres that include investigation, examining practical work and election were included.The article answers the question of how to drill scholastic cadres to work with good methods and morality. At the same time, the content and methods which were used to evaluate scholastic cadres were also discussed. |
