周作人附逆期间散文论略

周作人自1939年担任伪北大图书馆馆长起至1945年“八·一五”日寇无条件投降时止,六年附逆期间共创作散文430余篇.在周作人及其散文研究中存在两种倾向：一是为着彰显周作人在现代文学史上的突出贡献,而有意回避或淡化周氏附逆期间诸多散文所暴露出来的严重问题与错误;二是既已认定周作人是汉奸,曾为日本法西斯及汉奸汪精卫之流歌功颂德,就对周氏文学思想、散文创作不加分析地一笔勾销.当下第一种倾向尤为严重.本文依据知人论世、知世论文原则,将周氏附逆期间散文作为一个独特的研究对象,既实事求是地揭露周文的主要问题与错误,又对部分佳作予以肯定性评析,从而展示出它们与周氏其他人生阶段散文的不同特点.

On Zhou Zuoren＇s Prose During the Period from 1939 to 1945

From 1939 to 1945, as puppet Librarian of Peking University, Zhou Zuoren produced over 430 essays. In the study of Zhou Zuo-ren＇s essays, there exist two kinds of tendency： one is to highlight Zhou Zuo-ren＇s contribution in modem literature, and intend to avoid or understate the serious political problems in many of his essays; the other is to regard Zhou Zuo-ren as a traitor, who flattered Japanese fascists and Chinese traitors such as Wang Jingwei, and neglect Zhou＇s contribution to prose creation. Nowadays, the first tendency is particularly serious. This paper attempts to reveal Zhou＇s Wen problems and errors, in a down-to-earth manner and comment on his literary contribution, so as to demonstrate different features of the prose of Zhou in varied life stages.
