| 摘 要： | 目前,如何实现产业集群的可持续发展与优化升级是重要的研究议题,因此,本文在企业社会责任已有研究的基础上提出了“产业集群社会责任”概念,并对其特征进行分析.继而,秉承“厚今薄古”思想,提出了具有“时序动态特征”的“影响力时间系数”和“感应度时间系数”,并据此将产业集群主导产业分为：“高辐射高制约型”、“高辐射低制约型”、“低辐射高制约型”和“低辐射低制约型”,同时提出了相应的产业集群社会责任建设模式.

| Abstract: | As industrial clusters are playing an important part in the promotion of national and regional economic development, Industrial Cluster Social Responsibility（ICSR）is presented based on CSR in the paper, and its characteristics are analyzed. Then, with the idea of stressing the present, influence timing coefficient and reaction timing coefficient are addressed. Industries are divided into four types, including high relevancy and high restriction, high relevancy and low restriction, low relevancy and high restriction as well as low relevancy and low restriction. According to the industrial characteristics, four construction modes are analyzed systematically. |
