网络隐私权法律保护研究——以国外网络隐私权的法律保护为例

阐述了网络隐私权的内涵，分析了目前我国对于网络隐私权的法律保护的现状以及存在的问题，并研究比较了国外对网络隐私权保护以及基本立法模式。最后，在借鉴国外经验并结合我国实际的基础上，提出了我国应构建网络隐私权保护的全面性法律体系，采取立法与行业自律的综合模式作为个人网络隐私权的保护对策。

On the Legal Protection of Internet Privacy Right in China——Taking the Foreign Legal Protection of Internet Privacy Right as an Example

With the popularity of the Internet and the development of network techniques, personal privacy is more and more likely to be under the threat of being attacked. So it is necessary to establish and strengthen the legal protection of privacy right. This paper analyzes the definition of internet privacy and reveals the problems of internet privacy right protection in China, and introduces the major legal protective measures in other countries and finally put forward a basic legal frame for protecting online privacy.
