构建和谐社会与企业社会责任的思考

企业作为社会公民,应明确其社会责任与构建和谐社会的关系。当前我国企业承担和履行社会责任方面存在的主要问题是法律法规缺失、缺乏道德约束、环保意识欠缺和对社会责任的履行缺乏应有的责任感。所以,在中国构建“和谐社会”的进程中,我们的企业应做到自觉了解学习相关法律法规,在履行社会责任时应视道德为圭臬,重视环保事业,支持公益事业,促进企业与社会的和谐发展。

Building a Harmonious Society vs the Enterprise's Social Responsibility

As a societal unit,an enterprise should make clear the relations between its social responsibility and the building of a harmonious society.The article analyzes some mjor problems which have arisen from some enterprises,including their breach of relevant laws and regulations,their lack of consciousness of morality and environmental protection and their failure to perform social responsibility.In the course of building a harmonious society,the enterprise should study relevant laws and regulations,regard morality as its criteria,attach great importance to environmental protection,and support public welfare undertaking,so as to promote the harmonious development of both the enterprise and society.
