From macroscopical point of view, development is a process in which a country or society advances from the behind to the advanced, from the developing to the developed, and from a traditional one to a modern one. Opinion of development is a kind of overview and essential opinion about the essence , goal, content and request of development. As a big system, economic development, political development, cultural development, social development, and environmental development are included in development. Centering on economy and developing productivity are the orientation of Marxism' s emphases on content of development.
