浅析我国民族自治地方的经济自治权及其行使的法律保障

在民族区域自治制度中,自治权是其核心的内容,对自治权从内容、范围到实施都应由法律明确地加以设定.自治权的确定和行使直接关系到民族自治地方的建设,关系到各民族的切身利益和权利的实现,因此<民族区域自治法>对民族自治机关的自治权作了专章的规定,从各方面明确了自治权的内容.民族自治地方的自治权,包括了民族自治地方自治条例、单行条例的制定权,经济权,教育、科学、文化的建设权,治安权等多项内容.在这些自治权中,经济自治权是民族自治地方进行各项建设的物质保障,对其加以界定、予以行使并给予法律保障,对民族自治地方的建设和发展具有非常重要的意义.本文意图通过对民族经济自治权的定义、内容及其行使的法律保障等方面进行探讨,为我国民族法理论的完善尽微薄之力.
