| 摘 要： | 从儒家文化对中国人的社会心理影响及资源配置原则的角度出发 ,对现代中国人的人际关系的实质作了初步的探索 :除工具性关系遵循等价交换原则外 ,情感性关系和复合关系在很多方面均存在不等价交换的情况。其中 ,前者是中国传统美德的体现 ,后者是关系网的运用 ,是贵重资源与次等资源拥有者之间的人际互动

| Abstract: | Considering the influence of Confucian culture on the sociopsychology of Chinese, the author tries to research into the essence of Chinese interpersonal relations from the angle of resource-distribution principle. Though Tool-based relations follow the principle of exchange of equal values, there exist exchange of unequal values in feeling and compound relations. The feeling relations embody the traditional Chinese virtues while the compound relations reflect the interaction between the owners of valuable resources and the owners of less valuable resources. |
