| 摘 要： | 个性是人的主体性的个体表现。社会成员个性的健康发展是和谐社会的内在要求，是社会和谐发展的动力与价值目标。权利为社会成员个性的发展、丰富和完善提供坚实的基础，开辟广阔的可能空间，创造较为理想的社会环境。拥有了权利，个性才有不断发展的可能性。就个体而言，个性的发展是其生存的尊严与意义所在。就社会而言，个性的普遍发展不仅是社会发展与变革的动力所在，而且是社会有机和谐的必要条件。积极个性的完善是人类社会加速发展之根本。
