| 摘 要： | 城市生活垃圾现已成为我国一个严重的环境问题，引起了中央的高度重视和社会的广泛关注。本文结合我国城市生活垃圾的现状，简要分析了其所带来的危害，并通过对我国城市生活垃圾污染防治的法制状况的分析，借鉴国外立法，提出修改、完善《固体废物污染环境防治法》的相关内容，建立相应的“子法”相配套实用，构建环境友好型社会。
