| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛市作为奥运协办城市,为北京奥运会的成功举办做出了贡献,也分享了奥运的品牌和注意力资源.秦皇岛市后奥运旅游发展既有诸多优势和有利条件,也存在许多问题,要按照科学发展观的要求,积极创建休闲度假型旅游产业, 进一步提升城市休闲旅游功能,积极谋划休闲旅游产品,增加旅游产品的文化内涵,加快发展现代服务业,提升第三产业水平,推动秦皇岛后奥运旅游事业的科学发展,避免后奥运"低谷效应". |
