| Abstract: | This paper studies the relationship between green GDP accounting and change of economy growth manner.Proposals are made as to the solution to pricing of resources and environment,i.e.the pricing of resources according to the tax of resource usage and the pricing of environment by setting up the trade market of waste-give-up rights. |
