| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业人本管理应引进现代人力资源管理(HRM)的思路与做法.在构建民营企业人力资源管理系统过程中,要明确民营企业人力资源管理的职能.对每一模块提出具体实施方案,为保证人力资源管理顺利实施,人力资源管理者要对角色重新定位,确立"以人为本"的工作重心.

| Abstract: | The ideas and methods of modern HRM should be absorbed by private enterprise's humanistic management of our country.During the procedure of HRM system establishment,we should define the function of HRM in private enterprises,put forward detailed measurements of each module.Human resource managers must reposition the role to establish a people-oriented core work so as to ensure the smooth implementation of HRM. |
