浅析转型时期社会公共伦理之缺失

市场经济的发展,人们公共生活领域的不断拓宽,公共道德问题正在成为公民社会的热门话题。通过对转型时期,伦理领域面临的主要困境、公共伦理缺失的成因分析,针对诸如传统伦理的隐患、公德具备公共用品使用和回报的特殊性以及公德行为道德监督行为情境的弱化等问题,应采取提出加强和完善德福一致的公德制度建设;加强公德教育,提高公德意识等措施,构建转型时期伦理秩序。

On the Lackness of Social Ethics in Period of Transformation

With the development of market economy and the expansion of fields in people's public life,the public morality has become a hot issue.Through analyzing the difficult situations we face in ethical field and main causes for lackness of social ethics,in order to deal with such problems as hidden troubles in traditional ethics,the weakening of conductive situations for supervision over activities of public morality,etc,we should strengthen and perfect the public ethical system in which ethics to be in conformity with happiness is emphasized,strengthen moral education,and heighten people's sense of social ethics to construct ethical order.
