| 摘 要： | 目前国内关于孵化器投资的项目管理理论研究尚处于空白领域 ,因此建立孵化器投资项目管理的理论框架似为当务之急。既区别于一般意义的项目管理 ,又区别于风险投资项目管理 ,孵化器投资项目管理呈现出目标的双向性、服务对象的多元性、管理过程断续的或然性以及地域的同一性、管理与服务的互动性、项目规模小、管理成本低等特性。这些特性落实在九个项目管理过程中 ,要求构建出全新的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The studies of the administration of investment in incubator are in pioneering state and it is important to establish a theoretical frame work for the studies. The administration of investment in incubator presents a picture of various features at present in China. These features emerge in the processes of the administration of nine programs and require establishing new solutions to them. |
