| 摘 要： | 人的现代化是实现全面现代化的关键 ,是现代化最深刻的层面。维新变法是近代中国第一场人的现代化的思想启蒙运动 ,严复的“三民”说 ,梁启超的“新民”说及康有为“以群为体 ,以变为用”的思想有比较完整的论述。先进的中国人提出了提倡兴西学、废科举 ,宣扬民权 ,批判君主专制等人的现代化的系统理论并大胆地进行了实践尝试

| Abstract: | Human modernization is the key point to realize overall modernization, and it is the deepest level of modernization. The Hundred Days' reform is the first modernized ideological enlightenment movement in modern times in China. Advanced Chinese people brought forward the systematic theory of human modernization and boldly put the theory into practice. |
