| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of postgraduate tutorial staff is the key to upgrading the quality of postgraduate education in ethnic universities.This thesis,from a standpoint of the strategic significance of strengthening the construction of postgraduate tutorial staff,makes an analysis of the current situation of postgraduate tutorial staff in ethnic universities and problems to be solved,and points out ways and means of strengthening the construction of tutorial staff. |
