| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是普通高等职业院校人才培养的中心工作。陕西青年职业学院多年来坚持以专业建设为引领,科学制定师资队伍建设规划,大力优化师资结构,全面提高教师业务水平,加强师德师风建设,不断提高育人水平,提高管理能力,营造良性人才成长机制,着力发挥教师在人才培养工作中的主导作用,有力地保障和促进了教学质量的稳步提高。

| Abstract: | Vocational college teaching staff construction proves the paramount factor to guarantee and promote talents＇ cultivation quality.With the innovation and practice of vocational teaching staff construction,the essay proposed that teaching resource establishment program be based on the specialty construction,improve teachers＇ educational competency by great priority given to the optimization of ＂Dual-Teaching＂,promote teachers＇ instructive capability with the spirits of enhancing teaching morality and style,establishing platform of scientific management allowing teachers to demonstrate their talents and emphasizing teachers＇ crucial roles in educational cultivation and establish proficiency and acquisition for sustainable development of vocational education. |
