绝热毛细管内制冷剂自蒸发流动中各压降分布的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了由试验数据求取毛细管内制冷剂自蒸发流动过程中局部摩阻压降、加速压降和总压降的方法;给出了干度和摩阻压降、加速压降及总压降沿毛细管的分布;指出干度和各压降沿毛细管的分布均呈非线性。因而,在流动特性的描述中仅用进、出口干度和压降或它们的进、出口的平均值来计算,会带来较大的误差,应考虑干度和各压降的局部变化规律。

Abstract:The aim of tbis paper is to demonstrate the method lo obtain the local frictional, accelerational and total pressure drops of refrigerant through capillary tubes combined with experiments. By this method, the distributions of the frictional, accelerational and total pressure drops along capillary tubes are effectcd. The analysis of the results showes that the distributions of the quality and pressure drops are non-linear. As a rcsult, scrious errors in the flow characteristics might appear if only the inlet, exit or the average value of the quality and the pressure drop is taken into account. The local value of the quality and the pressure drop must be considered in the calculation of the parameters for flow characteristics.
