| Abstract: | The explicating of tacit knowledge is an important topic in the study of knowledge management.Combined with practice, this paper analyzes the process of explicating the employees tacit knowledge, and dirides the process into four links. According to the characteristics of different links, some practical recommendations are given in order to improve the effectiveness of knowledge management. |
