| 摘 要： | 党的十六大的一系列文件 ,体现出党在政治理论发展上的新境界。现代政治就是政党政治。中国共产党之所以能成为革命事业和执政兴国的领导核心 ,就在于它有正确的理论 ,并能使其与时俱进。“三个代表”重要思想就是理论创新的最新成果。社会主义政治文明的提出 ,反映了党在民主政治建设上的创新。党在政治理论上的新发展 ,对进一步提高和巩固党的执政合法性具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | A series of documents about the CPC's 16th NPC have presented the new realm of the development of the CPC's political theory.Mordern politccs is political party's politics.The CPC becomes the leading centerl of China's revolution and construction,which lies in its correct theory that makes it going with the times.The importont tought of "representing the three aspects" is the latest achievement of the theory's new development.The socialist political civilization reflects the new development of the democratic politics' construction.The CPC's new development of the political theory is very important for the CPC to improve and strengthen the legality of its power. |
