| 摘 要： | 在自然遗产中,存在大量的相邻关系。但这种相邻关系和传统意义上的相邻权又有一定的差异。本文分析了这种相邻关系的本质,并试图将相邻权的内涵与外延进一步拓展,以有效地促进自然遗产的保护。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of adjacency relations in the natural heritage.These adjacency relations are different from the adjacency rights in the traditional sense.The essence of the adjacency relations is analyzed.The connotation and denotation of adjacency rights are extended for the purpose of protecting the natural heritage effectively. |
