| Abstract: | The crime of commercial bribery that exists in business field referred to the officials' conduct of receiving rebate and put commission charge into their own pockets against the law of the country by taking advantage of duty.The conviction of the crime of commercial bribery must differ it from the commercial bribery in the regulation of the Anti-unfair Competition Law. |
