| Abstract: | Autonomy of Villagers as one of basic forms of democracy at grass roots in China has special position and plays an important role of civilization construction's process of politics in rural areas.Under the new condition of history if we want to promote political civilization's construction in rural areas we must further improve autonomous mechanism of villagers and promote the development of autonomy of villagers. |
