Application of Hydraulic Blasting Technique in Tunnel Excavation

Pressure blasting is a new type of energy saving and environmental protecting blasting technique. It has a remarkable effect on improving efficiency, reducing duration pressure, saving costs and protecting the environment.This paper describes the rationale and process of hydraulic blasting combined with its application in Maopingshan Tunnel construction in CKGZTJ 5, which demonstrates the superiority of this blasting technique, summarizes and analyzes the application of blasting in tunnel construction, and provides reference for promoting the use of hydraulic blasting .
