| 摘 要： | 针对我国房地产价格自2001年以来出现的不断大幅上涨的现实,从房地产行业外和行业内两方面分析了房价上涨的多重因素.针对影响房地产价格快速上涨的诸多因素,从行政手段、法律手段、经济手段等方面给出几点建议,对房价调控进行研究.

| Abstract: | On the existing situation of higher and higher housing price in our country from 2001,this paper analyses the multiple affecting factors of rising housing price from Intra-estate and extra-estate.Finally,based on many factors that influence the rapid rising of housing price,the paper gives some advices from administrative means,legal means and economic means,studies the modulation of the housing price. |
