| 摘 要： | 高校人才培养是一项综合性的系统工程，后勤管理服务是这系统工程中不可或缺的一部分。高校后勤文化作为校园文化的一个重要组成部分，对大学生的成长成才的影响作用愈来愈受到教育管理者的重视。通过引入系统论的观点, 探讨了高校后勤文化体系的构建及其在高校提升人才培养质量工作中发挥的特殊作用。 |

| Abstract: | Talents cultivation in collage and university is a comprehensive project, of which logistics management service is its integral part. As an important part of college campus culture, the influence of college logistics culture on the growth of college students receives growing attention from education administrators. This paper introduces the system theory to discuss the construction of logistics culture as well as its special role played in the enhancement of talents cultivation quality. |
