| Abstract: | Academia and administration management inside the college interact on each other to form its unique feature, and the scientific application and management of the academic authority is crucial to the development of science and technology. As the subject of academic authority, professors must devote themselves to seek after the truth in spite of any material temptation and develop an honest, selfless personality, to promote the academia. |
