明代潮州儒学概说

明代是潮州儒学发展的高峰期。这一时期朱子学与阳明学在潮州交替兴落。本文重点分析潮州学人上承朱子之学，又受陈白沙学的沾溉，最后接受阳明学说，形成潮州三门学派的过程。对薛侃、林大钦、唐伯元诸人学说，予以扼要介绍。指出明代潮州儒学注重学术实用性，内容上以《礼》学为核心，有明显伦理学倾向的特点。

A General Survey of the Confucian Studies at Chaozhou during the Ming Dynasty

The Ming Dynasty witnessed a high peak in the development of Confucian studies in Chaozhou, during which time the doctrine of Zhu Xi and the doctrine of Wang Yangming alternated. In this paper, emphasis is placed on the process in which Chaozhou scholars first adopted the doctrine of Zhu Xi, then gained influence from the theory of Chen Baisha, and finally accepted the doctrine of Wang Yangming to form Chaozhou's Wang Yangming school of thought. Also, a brief introduction is given to the theories of Xue Kan, Lin Daqin and Tang Boyuan, and mention is made of the characteristic features of Chaozhou's Confucian studies at that time, namely, the emphasis on the practical applicability of academic research, the taking of Confucian teaching mentioned in The Book of Rites as its core, and the conspicuity of ethical tendencies.
