| 摘 要： | 发展小城镇对于农村经济具有重要的现实意义和伟大的历史意义.但目前出现了不顾当地条件盲目发展的倾向.大量耕地被挤占,粮田面积在减少,农业的基础地位在基层受到忽视.本文通过对历史资料的分析,企图阐明一个道理,这就是"发展小城镇必须以农业为基础".

| Abstract: | It is of practical significance to develop small towns for agricultural economy.But now there is a tendency in the development of small towns.A lot of cultivated land has been occupied.Some officials at the basic levels overlook the principle that agriculture is a base for national economy.By way of analysis some historical materials,we want to expound a truth that to develop small towns must devote much attention to the agricultural development. |
