| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡就业是科学发展观的题中之义,对推进社会主义新农村建设,最大限度地开发和利用城乡劳动力资源、实现人类社会的终极目标以及建设社会主义和谐社会都有着十分重要的价值和意义;统筹城乡就业必须充分发挥政府、市场和社会的共同作用.其中,建立以市场导向就业为基础平台、以提升城乡劳动者就业(创业)能力为核心因素、以政府促进就业(创业)为关键手段和以实现城乡一体化就业为目标是统筹城乡就业的路径选择.
