热能与动力工程专业本科人才培养方案的探讨

摘    要:新的专业目录把水利水电动力工程和热能动力工程这两个"水"、"火"不兼容的专业合并为一个热能与动力工程专业,但在人才培养方案和教学计划实施过程中存在诸多矛盾和问题,因此,按素质教育的基本要求和"宽专业、多口径、厚基础、强能力"的理念探讨专业发展的路子很有必要。文章论述了热能与动力工程改革和人才培养方案的原则、措施和几种可行方案,为进一步调整该专业的课程体系提供参考。

Abstract:The new professional catalogue combines the water conservancy and hydroelectric power engineering and thermo-power into the thermo-power and dynamics engineering. But there exist a lot of conflicts and problems in the practice of cultivation program and teaching plan. Therefore, it is necessary to probe into the way of the profession development according to the basic requirement of quality-oriented education and the ideology of "wide profession, multi-caliber, strong base and strong ability". This paper expounds the reform of the thermo-power and dynamics engineering and the principle and measures of the talents cultivation program.
