发达地区农村劳动力转移与迁移意愿分析——对广州10村的调查

依据农户调查和问卷调查数据，分析发现：发达地区大多数农村劳动力已经实现了就地向非农产业转移，但向城市迁移的意愿不强。农村劳动力可分为异地转移、分离型就地转移、兼业型就地转移和农业劳动力四种类型，他们向城镇迁移的意愿依次减弱。农村劳动力对拟迁目的地城镇的选择大致随城乡距离的增加而衰减的态势，表现出迁移空间意愿的距离偏移特征，主要是以中心城区周边的小城镇和卫星城为拟迁目的地，表现出就地城市化的趋向。

Analysis on the Rural Labors' Transfer and Migration Desire in Developed Regions: A Survey of 10 Villages in Guangzhou

By analyzing the firsthand data of the rural labors in Guangzhou suburb, this paper discovers that: most of the rural labors in developed region have transferred to local industry, however their migration desire to the urban are not strong.
