| 摘 要： | 生涯自我效能是自我效能理论在生涯领域的具体应用。大学生生涯自我效能的高低成为影响和制约大学生进行合理的职业生涯规划和生涯决策的关键。通过分析影响大学生生涯自我效能的主要因素,为大学生科学地进行生涯规划提供依据,扩大自我效能理论在大学生职业生涯规划中的应用。
