| 摘 要： | 艺术区别于自然,美的艺术是天才的艺术,天才的主要特征是独创性、典范性、为艺术提供规则和神秘性或不可解释性.天才是想像力和知性两种能力在一定关系里结合起来构成的.天才会使艺术作品有精神,而精神则是心意中灌注生气的机能.

| Abstract: | Art is distnguished from nature through an act of will that places reason at the basis of its action.Fine art is the art of genius.Genius is the talent wich give the rule to art .The properties of genius:originality ,that genius must at the same time be modols,i.e.be exemplary,that the genius cannot indicate scientifically how it brings about its product,that nature gave the rule through the medinm of a genius. The mental powers whose union in a certain of relation constitutes genius are imagination and understanding.Soul in an aesthetical sense signifies the animating principle in the mind. |
