摘    要:合理的薪酬体系是高教改革成功的关键。本文在调研美、德、英等发达国家薪酬制度、薪酬水平的基础上,深入分析了发达国家薪酬制度的模式与结构、薪酬的管理体制等,针对我国目前高校教师薪酬结构、薪酬水平的现状及特点,从优化薪酬结构、提高薪酬水平、完善福利待遇、加强绩效考核等方面进行了思考和探讨。

Abstract:Reasonable salary and benefit system is key to the success of higher education reform. Based on an investigation of the salary level and system in developed countries, such as the United States, Germany, Britain and so on, this paper profoundly analyzes the pattern, structure and management of salary system in developed countries. In view of the current situation and characteristics of salary level and structure in universities of our country, this paper analyses and discusses aspects such as optimizing salary structure, raising pay level, improving benefit system and strengthening performance assessment, etc.
