| Abstract: | Our department have gradually formed the teaching pattern on the integration of criminal proceedings,which alwaysregard student as principal part,and which through integrating the four stages of simulating scene,filing a case and investigation ,ex-aming prosecution and simulating trail in certain conditions.This pattern help student master the comprehensive knowledge aboutcriminal proceedings and have the relative experience without going out college ,it can overcome the limitation that student onlyhave unilateral experience of certain period about criminal proceedings when they practise just in one department of Public SecurityOrgan ,Peoples Procuratorate or Peoples Court. |
