| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的迅猛发展,产生了一种新的心理咨询方式,即网上心理咨询。本文针对高校网上心理咨询应涵盖的主要内容,网上心理咨询与传统心理咨询存在的差异性,网上心理咨询在心理健康教育方面所具有的内在优势,网上心理咨询的原则四个方面做了初步的理论探讨。
