| 摘 要： | 在体制转型期,中国社会不可避免地出现了利益分化,如中央与地方的利益分化、区域之间利益失衡和社会各阶层收入差距扩大.利益分化对经济发展和政治稳定有着正负效应,适度的利益分化有着积极作用,是效率的一种体现,它是人们追求制度变革最直接和最有力的利益激励;利益分化还存在着负效应,从经济层面、政治层面和心理层面进行解析,也提高了国民经济顺畅运行的成本,还不利于政治稳定,利益分化可能产生"相对被剥夺感".总之,应将利益分化的负效应降至最低点,从而推动社会机制的顺畅运行.
