| 摘 要： | 交通部对民国初年我国邮政基础设施建设的推进作用，主要体现在三个方面：第一，邮政局所建设方面，各邮局总数皆呈明显上升趋势，支局、邮政代办所和次要局所数目增加十分明显。第二，邮政线路规划方面，邮差线增长最快，航船线次之，铁路线即铁路里程数相对保持稳定。第三，邮政运具发展方面，车辆包括铁路邮用行车、邮用自行车，另有船舶及骡驼等形式，均有相当发展。总之，交通部极大地推动了我国邮政事业的现代化。
