| Abstract: | The community-based corrections originated from UK and are prevalent in the Western countries.China has also begun to explore the community-based corrections on the experimental basis.As a Non-imprisonment penalty methods of implementation,the community-based corrections should receive the people's prosecutorial supervision whose main content are the legitimacy of measures and procedures. |
