| Abstract: | This article analyses the scientific implications of governing the country under the rule of law and points out that, to build our country into a socialist country for that purpose, we should grasp the meaning of running the country according to the law, develop socialist market economy, strengthen socialist democracy, political construction, raise the people's consciousness of the socialist law, build up a complete system of the socialist law and pay attention to the systematic construction of governing the country by the rule of law. |
